St Michaels Training is a not-for-profit RTO delivering highly contextualised and supportive training for people with a disability and for those working in the disability sector, since 2003.
We are a boutique provider offering customised solutions advocating strongly for the disability sector. Given an opportunity, people with disabilities are generally accepted by their communities when they are skilled; therefore we focus on what people with disabilities can do rather than what they cannot do. Our programs are varied and include unique one-on-one programs, pathway models and full qualifications.
Our employees and partners are passionate about achieving successful outcomes for learners and find working in the access and equity space very rewarding.
St Michaels Training is an entity of St Michaels Association Inc. that is a not-for-profit, non-government organisation that has been providing opportunities for people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities to thrive and grow in their independence for over 50 years.
St Michaels has an exceptional history of demonstrating excellence in access and participation with disabled Tasmanians and of building open and transparent relationships within the disability sector.
We take responsibility for our actions.

We treat every participant the way we would wish to be treated.
A good team is greater than the sum of its parts. We value each member’s skills as part of the whole, working together to give participants the best possible service.
We build trust with our participants, their family members and carers, staff members, the local community, and industry stakeholders.
