- About Us /
St Michaels Training is a not-for-profit RTO, we have been delivering highly contextualised and supportive training for people with a disability and for those working in the disability sector, since 2003.
We are a Tasmanian Training Provider working exclusively in the Disability Sector.
We offer customised solutions advocating strongly for the disability sector. Given an opportunity, people with disability are generally accepted by their communities when they are skilled; therefore, we focus on what people with disability can do rather than what they cannot do.
Our employees are passionate about achieving successful outcomes for learners and find working in the access and equity space very rewarding.
St Michaels Training is an entity of St Michael’s Association Inc. that is a not-for-profit, non-government organisation that has been providing opportunities for people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities to thrive and grow in their independence for over 55 years.
St Michaels has an exceptional history of demonstrating excellence in access and participation with disabled Tasmanians and of building open and transparent relationships within the disability sector.
